Boost (“we,” “our,” or “us”) provides invoicing, estimating, and job management software for service professionals. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your personal information when you use our mobile application, web application, and customer portal (collectively, the “Service”).

Account Information

When you create an account, we collect your email address, password (stored in hashed form), and country. You may also provide your company name, phone number, business address, and company logo.

Business Data

To provide the Service, we store data you enter including customer names, email addresses, phone numbers, mailing addresses, invoices, estimates, jobs, line items, photos, and payment records.

Payment Information

Payment processing is handled by Stripe. We do not store credit card numbers or bank account details on our servers. Stripe’s collection and use of your data is governed by the Stripe Privacy Policy.

Device & Usage Data

We may collect device identifiers for push notifications, general usage analytics, and error reports to improve the Service.

5. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (TLS), hashed passwords, and access controls. While no system is completely secure, we take reasonable steps to protect your data from unauthorized access or disclosure.

6. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. If you delete your account, we will remove your personal information within 30 days, except where retention is required by law (e.g., tax and financial records).
